Within the Finix Platform, you have the ability to provision Finix Dashboard access to your sub-merchants.
| Note: This is a paid feature of the platform and specific permission has to be given to users. If you are experiencing errors please submit a support ticket, you may not have the permission enabled for your user. |
Access Types
Within the Dashboard, you have the ability to provision dashboards at two levels:
Role_Partner: At the Role_Partner level, you are provisioning access at the Application level. In this scenario, the users you provision will be able to view data only for the application they have access to. This includes all the Identities underneath the Application.

Role_Partner
1. Navigate to the Application page and click on Management Tools tab. Click on the Invite User button.
2. Enter the user's email address. Click on the Invite button to provision and invite the user to the Dashboard.
3. Send a welcome email to the user. The user will receive a welcome email.

Role_Merchant
1. Navigate to the Identity and click on the Invite User button.
2. Enter the Email Address of the user you want to provision.
4. Send them an email to login to the Dashboard.
